  A review from Foodpages: "As some of the others have said, Purple Pig has great pizza, wings and sauce. I moved to town 4 years ago, around the corner from Pepe's actually. I have gotten to know the owners and the kid's who have come and gone over the years, they are a family and they're good people. I've voiced my concern about spotty quality and there were 2 reasons explained to me. One was that being that teenager's are the bulk of the staff sometimes product isn't consistent. I totally understand as I once worked at an small restaurant and that is considered to be the "charm" of not eating at a chain. The main reason for the decline in portion is because they haven't increased their prices in since 2006! That's right, through economic surplus and recession. The owner broke down the costs and how their cheese alone increases in price twice a year. His fear is that if they increase their price to match the current costs it will alienate even new customers. As anyone who has worked in the service industry can attest, customers tend to get rude first when the product isn't up to par. I do have to admit that I do get a small bit of satisfaction when I see somebody behind the counter put a whiny customer in their place when it's warranted. When complaining, be civil and remember, it's just food."
